intro What I am all about

My name is Juan Camilo Castillo and I'm 22 years old. I am an undergraduate student of systems engineering at Icesi University and I am currently in my ninth semester. I am a young man passionate about dancing and during my professional training I also developed in the dances such as: Ballet, Salsa, Folklore and Latin dances. These performing arts allowed me to improve my social skills to a great extent, since they were a continuous learning with people from different cultures.

My greatest strength lies in my high communication and leadership skills. which allows me to focus my skills to improve processes.I am responsible, I am highly adaptable to change and thanks to the work opportunities I have had throughout my career, I can make decisions under pressure. My training at Icesi, specifically in the branch of systems studies, has trained me as a professional with analytical and results-oriented. Which I have been able to apply in the projects in which I have participated.

object-oriented java I have been working with the Java language for 5 years. This language is the one I have used the most throughout my career in different projects where I have fully used all the features that come with using the "Object Oriented" method.

advanced css As I have been in several application developments in the Front-End module, I have learned a lot about CSS, which has led me to improve the design and appearance of pages created during my career for projects and assignments.

front-end design Throughout my career I have participated in web development for different projects or jobs, in most of these I have developed in Front-End development, as I consider that is the part in which I perform best, clearly without neglecting the Back-End development.

fast learning Thanks to the learning method of the university, fast learning has become ingrained in my way of working, I consider this quality is very important for jobs, projects and industry because with the constant advancement of technologies and tools this factor is essential to keep updated.

attitude I think what identifies me the most is my attitude towards everything, I consider myself a very happy person and always with optimism, so I face difficulties and problems in the best way. I consider this characteristic very important because it allows me to have an excellent work environment.

work in groups I have always worked in groups, this practice or way of working I have developed a lot in the classes seen since the projects were somewhat large and needed to work with partners. I like this practice because we recognize roles within the group, improve the way of communication and learn from other colleagues aspects that are unknown.
